Gave to my daughter after getting one from her and love both of them!

I had ordered a mug before mothers day. Mu initial review said the order process was great, but the follow up wasn't good as the mug never showed up. They read my review and found that the mug was shipped to the wrong location. Since then it arrived. Thanks for the great follow up this time. Mug is great too!
