Our products are made to order. Production time varies by item and fulfillment partner; shipping time is additional.

For teelaunch-fulfilled items, current estimates are:

• 3–6 business days for Kentucky-produced mugs
• 4–7 business days for apparel and tumblers

Other products may have different timelines, and personalization can add preparation time. These estimates can change during busy periods and aren’t guaranteed dispatch or arrival dates.

• North America: 2–7 business days
• International: 10–35 business days

Production time and shipping time are separate. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. International orders may be delayed by customs, and buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes.
