Never got it - follow-up

Thanks for just issuing the refund I asked for a month ago. And your reply is untrue. Not only did I reply back to you within 7 minutes of your email telling you Father's Day had already passed, but my original request was to refund me (after already having waited a month for it). Nice try though.

I can confirm your coffee mug was lost in transit. We asked if you would like a refund or a replacement and never got an answer. I decided to go ahead with a full refund as it is the simplest option. The funds should arrive in 1-5 business days to your original method of payment. Sorry again for the shipping complication.
